Q. What are the costs?
Boarding fees £5.00 per day, per animal, which will cover medication needs, social, behavioural and dietary needs.
Critterville reserve the right to price individually. Individual pricing on individual requests.
Q. Do we have any special offers?
First animal full price, second free. If more than two animal sharing, e.g. mice etc then please phone for consessional rate. Pensioners have consessional rate, again please phone for rate.
Q. Do we charge for grooming or administering medication?
No charge
Q. What are our opening hours?
Summer opening time Mon-Fri 9.30-5pm
Winter opening time Mon-Fri 10.00am to 4.00pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays appointments only, please phone before hand.
Any other time by appointment only please. Please phone.
Q. Payment Methods
We only take cheques or cash. Please make payable to Susan Parry.
Regrettably we cannot accept credit, debit or charge cards.
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 is required to secure a booking and the outstanding balance to be paid 14 days prior to boarding, unless paying by cash then remaining balance can be paid commencing boarding.
